AT POPPY JANE CAKES WE TAKE PRIDE IN ENSURING WE PRODUCE THE BEST PRODUCTS FOR YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION. WE HAVE A FULLY COUNCIL REGISTERED KITCHEN AND FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATES.
WE TAKE A LOT OF CARE IN PREPARING YOUR CAKES, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOUR CAKE IS PLACED ON A FLAT SURFACE WHEN TRAVELING (NOT YOUR CAR SEAT) FOR EXAMPLE THE BOOT OR THE FLOOR OF THE CAR. ONCE YOUR CAKE HAS BEEN PICKED UP PLEASE BE CAREFUL, WE AREN’T LIABLE FOR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR ONCE IT IS IN YOUR CARE.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS MAY HAPPEN ESPECIALLY IN THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES. IF YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR DATE, PLEASE NOTIFY US IN WRITING BY EMAIL. YOUR NEW DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
AT POPPY JANE CAKES WE LIKE TO MAKE EACH CAKE UNIQUE, PRODUCT VARIATION IN COLOURS AND OTHER DECORATIONS MAY OCCUR. WE DO TRY ARE BEST TO REPLICATE SOME DESIGNS BUT EACH TIME WE MAKE AN ITEM IT MAY SLIGHTLY DIFFER.
CAKES, CUPCAKES AND OTHER SWEET TREATS SHOULD BE STORED IN THE FRIDGE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. HOWEVER, MOST OF MY CAKES ARE BEST CONSUMED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, SO BRING YOUR CAKE OR SWEETS OUT OF THE FRIDGE A COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE CONSUMPTION.
ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR ENQUIRY, PLEASE WAIT FOR AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, ONCE YOU ARE HAPPY, I WILL SEND AN INVOICE WITH ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION. I DO REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT, ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID, YOUR DATE AND ORDER HAS BEEN LOCKED IN. REMAINING PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE PICK UP OR DELIVERY.

Pick up times and dates are Friday strictly between 2pm-6pm and Saturday strictly between 8am-11am
Failure to pick up between these times may result in myself no longer being home/available to give you your cake order. Please make sure you turn up in that time frame or at the time you have selected. A notification will also be sent when your cake is ready to collect.
Please make sure you double check your order before submitting. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. For unforeseen circumstance please email and we will organise an alternative.
7 Day turnaround
Please ensure you get your orders in at least 7 days prior to the required date. If you do require a last-minute order, please email email@example.com and I will try my best to accommodate, however I cannot guarantee I will be able to fulfil your order as such late notice
